We developed software for an intelligent gas flow regulator including its control algorithm on an 8-bit microcontroller with low resources.
 
Process heating system
We developed the software for a process heating system used in the chemical and other industries. The heating systems are networked over a serial bus. Technologies: Renesas M16C, Embedded-C++, Apparatus Framework, IAR-Development Environment.
 
Rework of an optical position sensing system
An innovative optical sensing system measures and corrects enclosure placement errors before final assembly. A software overhaul and improved calculations lead to drastically lower rates of error.
 
Windows XP driver development
A proprietary Windows XP PCI Bus interface. It included plug'n'play functionality and an automated installation routine. We also provided a communications-dll which simplified integration with the customer's applications.
 
Textile printing prototype
An innovative new technique enables cost effective multicolour textile printing. We developed the controller software which verifies the printing process. Technologies: Windows 2000, C++/MFC, CAN, SPS.
 
Framework port for medicinal devices
The software framework was ported from a VxWorks and Motorola CPU based system to Intel XScale PCA255 based hardware. The port also included a complete transition to STL.
 
M-Bus Interface
We developed the M-Bus-Interface (Hardware and Software) for optical meter reading devices. The M-Bus-Interface was verified in field testing using third party devices.
 
Development environment for embedded Linux
Setup of the customer's development environment for medicinal devices, including its integration into their Windows based IT infrastructure and version management systems.
 
Measuring systems platform using Linux
