Social responsibility is always right at the core of our company principles and it is an important issue beyond our immediate business activity as well. bbv is involved in various areas within Switzerland and abroad.
Promotion of young talents
bbv actively supports the promotion of young talents. We want to fill young people with enthusiasm for information technology and to encourage the positive perception of the field.
This is why we have strengthened our close cooperation with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts with the commitment we pledged towards the construction of the new building for the Information Technology department. Boosting the training of computer scientists is important to us, as is encouraging innovations in research and development in the region. The department will start operating in the autumn of 2016 and the new building will be ready to move into in 2019: Press Release HSLU: Firmen unterstützen neues Departement Informatik
