That's where our project managers come in, contributing a great deal of know-how and a solid background, to safely guide the project concerned towards the finish line, keeping an eye on cost all the time. In addition to being highly skilled both technically and socially, they know how to motivate project teams, in order that they can safely meet their goals.

We have acquired over 15 years of experience in implementing and managing complex projects, using a large variety of methods tools. In particular, as Agile Competence Center, we have since 1995 managed and executed a large number of projects using Scrum.
