We assist our customer in building a stable and efficient development process, which includes handling support and maintenance. Our main task was to establish a “Scrum-of-Scrums” organization as well as the consistent introduction of agile values and Kanban. By simultaneously introducing concrete test methods and giving the tests a focus, we managed to significantly improve the quality of the delivered software.
