CSS Krankenversicherung AG – Project management

Swiss health insurer CSS Krankenversicherung AG is in the process of developing a new core application, employing several technically experienced development teams. To support the team leader, we assume project management responsibility for the Leistung (performance) core application. In this position, we are responsible for the timely completion of several project segments as well as for coordinating deadlines with other departments. Where complex procedures or extraordinary events occur, we analyze the issues, discuss the steps to be taken with the team leader, and initiate appropriate measures. Being in charge of the interface towards the Leistung (performance) technical department, the test management team and other technical project managers, we promote open communication with the individual software developers.
