Development Process Assessment – Quality Driven Development

By assessing the development process with regard to quality driven developmen (QDD) we show our customers risks which may be detrimental to the quality of the software produced. To this end, we analyze practices and processes in software development and testing by means of an accompanied standardized interview. The resulting risk map shows which quality aspects are concerned. Using the risk map, we then draw up an action and implementation plan in order to successfully minimize these risks.
