The term Quality Management describes, in their entirety, organized measures intended to improve products, processes and services of any kind. This includes the careful definition and assessment of quality characteristics and of their respective verification procedures, as well as the planning of measures, their management, and measurements allowing enterprises to make improvements where appropriate.
