Project Execution

bbv Software Services AG, when executing projects on behalf of its customers, primarily relies on the agile processes defined by Scrum, always founding its activities on a highly transparent partnership. The goal to be achieved is a viable, high-quality product. Contracts are specifically kept simple – so as to avoid and not promote conflict.

Management Reporting

In a periodic status report, we account for the current situation within an ongoing engagement. The status report provides a brief look back, names the progress made in the past period and explains risk mamagement. Within risk management, both the current risks and the countermeasures taken are shown. Additional information on resources and budget figures further support the customers in their cost controlling efforts.

Types of Contracts

Basically, we distinguish between the single assignment (einfacher Auftrag) and the contract for services (Werkvertrag). In the case of a contract for services we assume the risk with regard to cost and the timely completion of the service. Thanks to our use of agile methods, we can practically fully guarantee stability, expandability and availability.

On a single assignment, we make available to our customers highly qualified project teams or individual employees who, under their direction, build the desired systems. In addition, we assume further responsibility upon system completion by entering into new service level agreements with our customers, because we support them over their product's entire life cycle.
